Veritaforge provides a generative AI-powered platform designed for financial research and data analysis. The Services process user inputs and queries ("Prompts") to generate text-based information, summaries, and analyses ("Outputs"). You acknowledge that you are using a novel technology and that the Services are for informational purposes only.

License to Use Our Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. You are solely responsible for your Prompts and your use of the generated Outputs. You agree not to use the Services to:

VERITAFORGE RESEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veritaforge Research Private Limited and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
